Esenler Belediyesi, T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131ndaki israfa anlaml\u0131 bir programla dikkati \u00e7ekti. \u201cAt\u0131ks\u0131z Hayat-At\u0131ks\u0131z Mutfak\u201d projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u2018T\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131 Haftas\u0131\u2019na \u00f6zel olarak d\u00fczenlenen \u201cT\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131nda \u0130sraf\u201d konulu panele vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ilgisi yo\u011fun oldu.

\nEsenler Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan “At\u0131ks\u0131z Hayat – At\u0131ks\u0131z Mutfak” projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde d\u00fczenlenen panel ile kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara T\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131nda \u0130sraf konusu anlat\u0131ld\u0131. D\u00fczenlenen panele vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ilgisi yo\u011fun olurken program bitiminde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara Hatay Mutfa\u011f\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc y\u00f6resel yemekler ikram edildi.<\/span><\/p>\n

“T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131 lezzetli ve \u00f6zel bir mutfak sahip \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131z gerekir\u201d<\/span><\/strong>
\nD\u00fczenlenen panel ile ilgili konu\u015fan Dr. Esat \u00d6zata, “\u00c7ok \u00f6nemli bir hafta i\u00e7erisindeyiz Emine Erdo\u011fan \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131 Haftas\u0131 kutlan\u0131yor. Ev han\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirerek s\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile beraber evlerimizde do\u011fru malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda \u00e7aba sarf ediyoruz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde de bu t\u00fcr hareketlerimiz devam edecek ve bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyini olabildi\u011fince artt\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. \u00c7ok bereketli topraklara sahibiz ama s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131zca harcayamay\u0131z do\u011fru al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck temel hedefimiz.
