B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fcnya pilates g\u00fcn\u00fc nedeniyle etkinlik d\u00fczenlendi. Mimaroba B\u00fcy\u00fck Atat\u00fcrk Park\u0131\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen etkinli\u011fe yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6sterildi. Pilates yapan kad\u0131nlara erkekler de e\u015flik etti. D\u00fcnya Pilates Haftas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde d\u00fczenlenen etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmeceliler B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Belediyesi Spor Akademisi e\u011fitmenleri e\u015fli\u011finde pilates, y\u00fcz yogas\u0131 ve kahkaha yogas\u0131 yapt\u0131. Y\u00fczlerce ki\u015finin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen etkinlik renkli g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler e\u015fli\u011finde s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar pilates yaparak hayatlar\u0131nda daha mutlu ve dinamik olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/span><\/p>\n
