Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda sular\u0131n \u00e7ekildi\u011fi g\u00f6zlenen Alibey Baraj\u0131 havadan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi.
