Baz\u0131 ev sahipleri fay hatt\u0131na yak\u0131n olan b\u00f6lgedeki evlerini sat\u0131l\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Kirada oturanlar ise daha az risk alt\u0131nda olan il\u00e7elerdeki konutlara ilgiyi art\u0131rd\u0131. Emlak\u00e7\u0131lar olarak da bizde elimizden geleni yapmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. 1999 sonras\u0131 evlere girmek gerekiyor ve radye temeli olan binalara ta\u015f\u0131nmak gerekir. Eski binalara\u00a0deprem\u00a0testi yapmak laz\u0131m&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;Fiyatlar sabit kald\u0131&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ba\u015faran, hem kiral\u0131k hem de sat\u0131l\u0131k daire fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n sabit kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek, &#8220;Bah\u00e7elievler b\u00f6lgesinde 2+1 kiral\u0131k daire 7 bin lira ile 9 bin lira aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. S\u0131f\u0131r binalarda biraz daha y\u00fcksek, 12-13 bin lira band\u0131nda seyrediyor.
