Kabul edilen maddelere g\u00f6re, 8 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 tarihi d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere, 9 Eyl\u00fcl 1999&#8217;dan \u00f6nceye sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresini mevcut mevzuata g\u00f6re g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilen her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan art\u0131k ya\u015f \u015fart\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n emekli olabilecek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan emeklili\u011fi hak edip emekli olduktan sonra ayn\u0131 i\u015f yerinde on g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde tekrar i\u015fe ba\u015flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde kanun teklifi b\u00fcnyesinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 TL desteklemeyi Hazine \u00fcstlenecek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Emeklili\u011fi hak eden ta\u015ferondan i\u015f\u00e7i kadrosuna ge\u00e7en \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak emekli olabilecek ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilme imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahip olabilecekler.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EYT teklifi Plan ve B\u00fct\u00e7e Komisyonu\u2019nda kabul edildi.
