Hay\u0131r, lisede problem yok. Problem, okul \u00f6ncesinde. E\u011fitimin toplumdan ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kopart\u0131p yal\u0131t\u0131k bir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirme imkan\u0131na sahip de\u011filiz. Ondan sonra da \u2018Niye bunlar var&#8217; diye \u015fikayet ediyoruz.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8220;Amac\u0131m\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli bir okul iklimini in\u015fa edilmek&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Akran zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tek bir sorun halinde g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6zer, okullar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, &#8220;Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm projelerde okulu etkileyen, direkt okulda hissedilecek politikalara a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k veriyoruz. Amac\u0131m\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli bir okul iklimini in\u015fa edilmek. E\u011fer bir sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir okulu iklimini in\u015fa edebilirsek o ortamda \u00f6\u011frenme maksimum verimlilikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir. Onun i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli okulu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek, destekleyecek, ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde duracak mekanizmalar\u0131 in\u015fa etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Akran zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 oradaki ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 sadece. Do\u011fru de\u011fil. Bir de\u011fer davran\u0131\u015flar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zaman \u00fcreticidir, okutuldu\u011fu zaman de\u011fil tek ba\u015f\u0131na. Mesela 2022&#8217;de okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitime \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verdik. Son 20 bin ataman\u0131n 7 bin 503&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fc okul \u00f6ncesi \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6yle politikam\u0131z var. Sahada say\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yoruz, o zaman \u00f6\u011fretmen de istihdam etmemiz laz\u0131m. 25 milyon vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131za ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kla ilgili fark\u0131ndal\u0131k, \u00f6nleyici, davran\u0131\u015f paterni \u00fcretecek destekleyici mekanizmalarla ilgili e\u011fitimi uygulamaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eimdi bu ihtiya\u00e7lar hep rehber \u00f6\u011fretmene ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 da beraberinde getiriyor. Onun i\u00e7in 2023 \u00f6\u011fretmen atamas\u0131nda rehber \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizi her okulda en az bir tane rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen olacak \u015fekilde \u00f6ncelik vermeyi planl\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8220;Akran Zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nlemede B\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl Okul Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131&#8221; konulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya akademisyenler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u0130zmir&#8217;den Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;a, Trabzon&#8217;dan Gaziantep&#8217;e uzanan \u00e7ok say\u0131da farkl\u0131 ili temsilen farkl\u0131 t\u00fcr ve kademelerden okul\/kurum y\u00f6neticileri ile rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen\/psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanlar da kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>T\u00fcm kademeler i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131k programlar\u0131 ve etkinlikler haz\u0131rland\u0131<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Di\u011fer taraftan, akran zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00f6nelik fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan okul \u00f6ncesi, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademeleri i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131k programlar\u0131 ve etkinlikler haz\u0131rland\u0131. Bu konuda kuramsal bilgilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen\/psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanlara y\u00f6nelik bilgilendirici kitap\u00e7\u0131k ile rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen\/psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n okullarda t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011fretmenlere ve velilere uygulayabilece\u011fi her kademeye \u00f6zg\u00fc sunu i\u00e7erikleri olu\u015fturuldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ayr\u0131ca akran zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011frayan ve akran zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131na maruz kalan \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015f etme becerilerini geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik olarak ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ve her kademeye \u00f6zg\u00fc psiko-e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi.
