T\u00fcrkiye, \u0130talya, Hollanda, Azerbaycan, Romanya, Moldova ve G\u00fcrcistan olmak \u00fczere 7 ortakl\u0131 proje Karesi Belediyesi\u2019nin kabul edilen 5. projesi oldu. Proje kapsam\u0131ndaki bir Gen\u00e7lik De\u011fi\u015fimi esnas\u0131nda, grup liderleri taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, de\u011fi\u015fimden \u00f6nce kendileri taraf\u0131ndan tasarlan\u0131p haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olan bir faaliyet program\u0131n\u0131 at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, tart\u0131\u015fmalar, sim\u00fclasyonlar, vb. arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGEN\u00c7LER\u0130N D\u0130J\u0130TAL BECER\u0130LER\u0130 GEL\u0130\u015eT\u0130R\u0130LECEK\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karesi Belediyesi\u2019nin AB projelerinden yararlanmaya devam edece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Din\u00e7er Orkan \u201cGen\u00e7lik De\u011fi\u015fimleri; gen\u00e7lerin yeterliliklerini geli\u015ftirmelerine; sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan ilgili konularda\/tematik alanlarda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazanmalar\u0131na; \u00f6zellikle akran \u00f6\u011frenimi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcrler, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar ve ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131 ke\u015ffetmelerine; dayan\u0131\u015fma, demokrasi, arkada\u015fl\u0131k gibi de\u011ferleri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmelerine imk\u00e2n tan\u0131maktad\u0131r. Gen\u00e7ler, bu program kapsam\u0131nda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki projelere kat\u0131labildikleri gibi yurt i\u00e7inde de uluslararas\u0131 projeler y\u00fcr\u00fctebilmektedir. Bu proje \u00f6zelinde, \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerin dijital becerilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Proje kapsam\u0131nda, belediyemiz b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 18-30 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki 5 gencimizi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 hareketlili\u011fine dahil edece\u011fiz. Projemiz, Erasmus program\u0131 2021-2027 hedefleri aras\u0131nda bulunan dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00f6nceli\u011fine uygun bir proje olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
