Haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 projeler ve yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile il\u00e7enin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kan Karesi Belediyesi, Armutalan Mahallesi\u2019ne K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi kazand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde ihalesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan proje ile in\u015fa edilmesi planlanan k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi, &#8220;Geleneksel G\u00fcrc\u00fc Mimarisi&#8221; \u00f6rnek al\u0131narak tasarland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Armutalan Mahallesi\u2019nde Karesi Belediyesi\u2019ne ait 1361 metrekare y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcme sahip arsa \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lacak olan k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi 2 katl\u0131 ve toplam 742 metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde in\u015fa edilecek. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nin, 1. &nbsp;kat\u0131nda misafir odalar\u0131, muhtar odas\u0131, doktor odas\u0131 ve k\u00f6y dernek odas\u0131 ile 2. kat\u0131nda 300 ki\u015filik \u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 toplant\u0131 salonu bulunacak. Karesi\u2019nin tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginliklerine dikkate \u00e7eken Ba\u015fkan Orkan,&nbsp; \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zla \u00e7ehresi de\u011fi\u015fen, daha da g\u00fczelle\u015fen il\u00e7emizde, Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Beyaz\u0131t \u0130marethanesi, Atat\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr Evi, Karesi Bey T\u00fcrbesi gibi tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kentimize kazand\u0131rd\u0131k, kazand\u0131r\u0131yoruz.
