Bal\u0131kesir\u2019in mevcut en eski cami ve k\u00fclliyesi olan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Beyaz\u0131t Camii (Eski Camii) ile birlikte in\u015fa edildi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Beyaz\u0131t \u0130marethanesi tarihsel miras\u0131n ruhuna uygun bir \u015fekilde Bal\u0131kesirlilerin hizmetine sunulacak. Tarihi yap\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, sanatsal ve sosyal faaliyetlerin merkezi olacak. Bunlardan biriside Osmanl\u0131 Sultanlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc Beyaz\u0131t Han\u2019d\u0131r. Beyaz\u0131t taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan \u0130marethanede Karesi Belediyesi olarak restorasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. Bal\u0131kesir K\u00fclt\u00fcr Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 Koruma B\u00f6lge Kurulu M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;nden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z proje onay\u0131 ile imarethaneyi orijinaline uygun olarak restore ettik. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kamayan, ge\u00e7mi\u015fini, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc gelecek nesillere aktaramayan milletler, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da kaybederler. Tarihimizi unutmadan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc ya\u015fayarak yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hizmetlerimize devam edece\u011fiz. Bizler kimlikli ve tarihsel miras\u0131ndan beslenen bir kent vizyonuna sahibiz.
