(BALTOK) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan; 505 daire\u00a0ve\u00a0ticari alandan olu\u015fan Yeni Karesi Konutlar\u0131\u00a01&#8217;inci etap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda tamamland\u0131. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda durdurulan in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Y\u00fccel Y\u0131lmaz\u00b4\u0131n g\u00f6reve gelmesinin ard\u0131ndan yeniden ihaleye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak ba\u015flad\u0131. 20 Ocak 2020\u00b4de y\u00fcklenici firmaya yer tesliminin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde devam eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 98&#8217;i tamamland\u0131. Daireler, Ba\u015fkan Y\u00fccel Y\u0131lmaz\u00b4\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00f6renle hak sahiplerie\u00a0teslim edildi.<br>Bal\u0131kesir\u00b4in 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Ba\u015fkan Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;Bal\u0131kesir\u00b4de bayrak yar\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Bayrak teslim ediliyor ama devral\u0131nan projelerin hi\u00e7 birisi yar\u0131m veya yar\u0131 yolda kalm\u0131yor. Bu \u015fehrimizde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f mega projenin belirli bir aksakl\u0131ktan sonra ortada kalmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fehir olarak g\u00f6nl\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc koyduk ve dedik ki; bunu 31 Ocak 2021 tarihinde teslim edece\u011fiz. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde do\u011falgaz, elektrik, internet gibi olmazsa olmaz acil ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ba\u011flamak i\u00e7in emek harcayan t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131m\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum.
