Yurdakul ve \u00c7aynak, y\u00fcksekte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma e\u011fitimlerinin, personelin hem bilgi birikimini hem de sahadaki g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rmak ad\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.
