Dr. Nuran Akdo\u011fan; telefon protokol\u00fc, selamla\u015fma, ziyaret, u\u011furlama ve ki\u015fisel imaj konular\u0131nda bilgilendirmelerde bulundu. \u0130ki g\u00fcn s\u00fcren e\u011fitimlerin son g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise Prof. Dr. Argun Akdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan problem \u00e7\u00f6zme becerisi hakk\u0131nda bilgi verildi.
