Bir daha ayn\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 y\u0131ll\u0131k borular\u0131n yenileri ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ivedilikle planland\u0131 ve ekipler harekete ge\u00e7ti.
