Ba\u015fkan \u015eehirli, engelli bireylerin haklar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, toplumda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturman\u0131n \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
