Proje, modern etkinlik alanlar\u0131 ve sanat at\u00f6lyeleriyle k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fama \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Band\u0131rma\u2019n\u0131n Pa\u015fakent Mahallesi\u2019nde 25 y\u0131l \u00f6nce K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan temeli at\u0131lan ancak bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc tamamlanamayan \u201cBand\u0131rma K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u201d 31 Mart Yerel Se\u00e7imlerinden hemen \u00f6nce Bal\u0131kesir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne devredilmi\u015fti. G\u00f6reve geldikten sonra konu ile ilgili vakit kaybetmeden harekete ge\u00e7en Bal\u0131kesir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Ak\u0131n, Band\u0131rma K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019ndeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yeniden ba\u015flatt\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla ilerledi\u011fi projenin 2025 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Band\u0131rma K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nde in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 son s\u00fcrat devam ediyor. Binan\u0131n yar\u0131m b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan kaba in\u015faat\u0131 h\u0131zla yap\u0131lmaya devam ederken, kaba in\u015faat\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan \u00e7elik \u00e7at\u0131 imalat\u0131nda ise sona yakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Kaba in\u015faat\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 2 ay i\u00e7erisinde bitirilmesi hedefleniyor. Di\u011fer yandan, i\u00e7 tesisat i\u015fleri de e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Elektrik, s\u0131va, boya, seramik ve mobilya gibi a\u015famalar tamamland\u0131ktan sonra i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesi a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilecek.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">B\u00f6lgenin k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat hayat\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak olan Band\u0131rma K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi, tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00f6lgenin en \u00f6nemli sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlar\u0131ndan biri haline gelecek.
