T\u00dcYAP Fuar ve Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen programa \u00e7ok say\u0131da i\u015f arayan vatanda\u015f ile 100\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde firma kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130\u015fsizlik sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak amac\u0131yla i\u015f arayanlarla i\u015fverenleri bir araya getiren bulu\u015fmada ayr\u0131ca CV Haz\u0131rlama ve M\u00fclakat Teknikleri konulu seminerler de verildi. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n niteliklerine uygun alanlarda istihdam edilmesinin ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 program ile i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve il\u00e7e ekonomisinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi hedefleniyor.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201c\u00c7ok g\u00fczel bir ortam var; adeta bir \u015fenlik havas\u0131 i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7iyor\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00d6zel bir \u015firkette i\u015fe al\u0131m yetkilisi olarak g\u00f6rev yapan H\u00fcseyin Akda\u011f, il\u00e7elerde kurulan istihdam ofisleri ile i\u015f arayanlara daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ula\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cBug\u00fcn buraya gelmemize vesile olan ba\u015fta Prof. Dr. Say\u0131n Ahmet \u00d6zer&#8217;e, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir\u00a0Belediyesi \u0130stihdam Ofislerine ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan t\u00fcm arkada\u015flar\u0131ma \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Burada, halka ula\u015fabilmek ve istihdam olana\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturmak ad\u0131na bize b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat sundular. Bu nedenle eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese ayr\u0131ca te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim. \u00c7ok g\u00fczel bir ortam var; adeta bir \u015fenlik havas\u0131 i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7iyor. \u0130nsanlar, hayallerindeki i\u015fe kavu\u015fman\u0131n umuduyla buraya geliyorlar ve g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm kadar\u0131yla bug\u00fcn bir\u00e7o\u011fu, gerek bizim firmam\u0131zda gerekse di\u011fer firmalarda bu hayallerine ula\u015fmaya bir ad\u0131m daha yakla\u015ft\u0131lar. \u00d6zellikle firmam\u0131z b\u00fcnyesinde kurulmu\u015f birimimizle, halka en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde ula\u015fabildi\u011fimiz nokta bizim i\u00e7in Esenyurt\u00a0Belediyesi oldu. \u0130BB&#8217;nin \u0130stihdam Ofisleri, \u00f6zellikle Esenyurt\u2019ta son d\u00f6nemde a\u00e7\u0131lan yeni ofislerle bize b\u00fcy\u00fck destek verdiler. Bu sayede i\u015f arayanlara \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ula\u015fabiliyoruz, bu da bizim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir konfor sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu anlamda \u00e7ok mutluyuz\u201d dedi.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201c\u0130\u015f ararken zorlanm\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Kariyer F\u0131rsatlar\u0131 Bulu\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na i\u015f aramak i\u00e7in gelen Zafer Aslan da pek \u00e7ok i\u015f f\u0131rsat\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBug\u00fcn buraya i\u015f aramak i\u00e7in geldim. \u00dclkemizde i\u015f s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a fazla oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. Bu nedenle vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ge\u00e7inmekte zorlan\u0131yor. Esenyurt\u00a0Belediye\u00a0Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ahmet \u00d6zer, Esenyurt halk\u0131n\u0131n istihdam\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck destek veriyor. Ger\u00e7ekten Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ok iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Esenyurt&#8217;ta sundu\u011fu hizmetler sayesinde vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u015f ararken zorlanm\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fverenlerle i\u015f arayanlar\u0131 bulu\u015fturma konusunda da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. \u0130nsan haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergileniyor. Bu t\u00fcr tan\u0131\u015fma ve bulu\u015fmalar da olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131 oluyor. \u015eu an i\u00e7in memnunum.
