Teorik bilgilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra pratik uygulamalarla da desteklenen e\u011fitimde, \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00e7ikolata yap\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. E\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7ikolatan\u0131n do\u011fru \u015fekilde eritilmesi ve temperlenmesi gibi temel ad\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenen kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, kakao ya\u011f\u0131, ya\u011f bazl\u0131 g\u0131da boyas\u0131, kurutulmu\u015f meyveler, kuru yemi\u015fler, \u00e7e\u015fitli kuvert\u00fcr \u00e7ikolata \u00e7e\u015fitleri ve kal\u0131plar\u0131 kullanarak kendilerine \u00f6zg\u00fc \u00e7ikolata \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcrettiler. At\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kat\u0131lanlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr eden Fak\u00fclte Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. M. O\u011fuzhan \u0130lban, \u201c Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00c7ikolata At\u00f6lyesi etkinli\u011fi, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin \u00e7ikolata yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 derinlemesine \u00f6\u011frenmelerine imkan sa\u011flayarak Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 alan\u0131nda edindikleri bilgi ve deneyimleri geli\u015ftirme yolunda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olmu\u015ftur. Bu t\u00fcr uygulamal\u0131 etkinliklerin, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin mesleki geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Katk\u0131lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 E\u011fitmen \u015eef Seda Nur Keskin&#8217;e te\u015fekk\u00fcr eder ve etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 dilerim.&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.
