Gl\u00fctensiz g\u0131da paketinden faydalanmak isteyen Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda ikamet eden \u00e7\u00f6lyak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip vatanda\u015flar\u0131n, \u00e7\u00f6lyak raporuyla birlikte Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi Sosyal Yard\u0131m \u0130\u015fleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 gerekiyor.
