Bal\u0131kesir’in k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck il\u00e7elerinden Balya\u2019da, G\u00fcney Marmara Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 (GMKA) deste\u011fiyle kooperatif b\u00fcnyesinde \u00fcretilen do\u011fal ve organik \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor.

\nSanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kalk\u0131nma Ajanslar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinasyonunda faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fcten G\u00fcney Marmara Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 (GMKA), \u201cKad\u0131n \u0130stihdam\u0131\u201d temas\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. GMKA’n\u0131n Sosyal Geli\u015fmeyi Destekleme Program\u0131 (SOGEP) \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde destekledi\u011fi D\u00f6rtyol K\u00f6y\u00fc Tar\u0131msal Kalk\u0131nma Kooperatifi\u2019nin \u201c\u00c7arm\u0131kl\u0131 K\u0131nal\u0131 Eller \u00dcreterek Kalk\u0131n\u0131yor\u201d isimli projesi, Balya il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7arm\u0131k k\u00f6y\u00fcnde hayata ge\u00e7irildi. \u00c7arm\u0131k Mahallesi sakinlerinin gelir ve refah seviyesini art\u0131rmak, kal\u0131c\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretim geliri elde etmek, tersine g\u00f6\u00e7te bilin\u00e7 olu\u015fturmak ve do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin t\u00fcm yurda ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7layan projede \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler sat\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Projede at\u0131l haldeki bir binas restore edilerek, hem at\u00f6lye hem de sat\u0131\u015f ofisi olarak kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. \u00dcr\u00fcn paketleme, vakumlama ve ay\u0131klama makinalar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve \u00fcr\u00fcn tanzim ve sat\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 ile depolama alan\u0131n\u0131n da olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu yap\u0131 hizmet vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/span>
\n\u00dcretim yapan \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere ve kad\u0131nlara e\u011fitimlerin verilmesi ile sal\u00e7a, kurutulmu\u015f meyve, re\u00e7el, sirke, tur\u015fu gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn pazarlanmas\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00f6zellikle b\u00f6lgede yeti\u015fen ve y\u00fcksek gelir sa\u011flayan y\u00f6resel ismi ile \u201cbadalan fasulye\u201d i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fland\u0131. Boyutlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ayr\u0131lacak olan fasulye dondurucularda muhafaza edilerek, talep edilen her \u015fehre ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilecek. Kooperatif, do\u011fal ve organik \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ile pazarda yer edinmeyi ama\u00e7larken, b\u00f6lgede \u00e7ok sevilen badalan fasulyenin \u00fcretimi ile de fasulyeyi hi\u00e7 tatmayan t\u00fcketici ile bulu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00dcreten kad\u0131nlar, ba\u015fka kad\u0131nlara \u00f6rnek oluyor<\/span><\/strong>
\nB\u00f6lgede yerel dinamikleri harekete ge\u00e7irerek sosyal sorunlar\u0131 gidermek, toplumun dezavantajl\u0131 kesimlerinin ekonomik ve sosyal hayata daha aktif kat\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, sosyal giri\u015fimcili\u011fi ve yenilik\u00e7ili\u011fi desteklemek i\u00e7in uygulanan SOGEP kapsam\u0131nda \u00c7arm\u0131k Mahallesi kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da ald\u0131klar\u0131 e\u011fitimlerle daha verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar art\u0131k daha fazla \u00fcretiyor ve k\u0131rsalda istihdam\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek ba\u015fka kad\u0131nlara \u00f6rnek oluyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcrettikleri \u00fcr\u00fcnler kooperatif b\u00fcnyesinde hem markala\u015f\u0131yor hem de yeni pazarlara ula\u015f\u0131yor.<\/span>
\nSOGEP \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde projenin ba\u015far\u0131yla ilerlemesinden dolay\u0131 memnuniyet duydu\u011funu dile getiren GMKA Genel Sekreteri Onur Ad\u0131yaman, \u201dBu proje sadece kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flamakla kalmay\u0131p, ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00f6y sakinlerinin ekonomik ve sosyal hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor. Yeniden restore edilen k\u00f6y binas\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131yla birlikte \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizin pazarlanmas\u0131 ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in daha etkin bir altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere ve kad\u0131nlara verilen e\u011fitimlerle kalite standartlar\u0131 y\u00fckseltilerek y\u00f6resel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizin rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.
