Binalar\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 9 ile 10 ayda bitiyor. Bu binalar\u0131n 2 kademeli fiyat\u0131 olacak. B\u00fct\u00fcn binalar\u0131 yenilemek istiyoruz. \u0130\u00e7 m\u00fcteahhitler bu binalar\u0131 yaparken biz de kendi binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yapaca\u011f\u0131z. Eski binas\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131yorum diyenlere avantajlar sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Yani git binan\u0131 y\u0131k demeyece\u011fiz. 2001 y\u0131l\u0131ndan \u00f6nce yap\u0131ld\u0131ysa bu binalar depremde dayan\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fil. Ama kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme bizim \u015fehir \u00e7ok uygun. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc eski yerlerimiz \u00e7ok.
