Y\u00f6netmelikle Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ekmek fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in verilen yetkiler, simit fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleme i\u00e7in de verildi. Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe g\u00f6re simit fiyat\u0131na ili\u015fkin tarifeler belirlenirken s\u0131ras\u0131yla ilgili belediye, ticaret il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, il tar\u0131m ve orman m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ticaret ve sanayi odas\u0131 veya ticaret odas\u0131 ile ilgili odan\u0131n temsilcilerinden olu\u015fan komisyon de\u011ferlendirme yapacak. \u0130lgili federasyon ve Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olumlu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra fiyatlar Birlik taraf\u0131ndan onaylanacak.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan talep edilen tarifeye olumsuz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirilmesi durumunda Birlik, yeni tarife talebini gerek\u00e7eleriyle birlikte komisyon toplanmaks\u0131z\u0131n tekrar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne sunacak ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan sonra onaylayacak.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Simit fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc de al\u0131nacak.
