Kanun ile birlikte, SSK ve Ba\u011f-Kur emekli maa\u015flar\u0131nda ocak \u00f6deme d\u00f6nemi itibar\u0131yla ge\u00e7erli olacak 6 ayl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 49,25 oldu. En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise 10 bin liraya y\u00fckseltildi. Ayr\u0131ca kanunla birlikte k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerek\u00e7elerine genel salg\u0131n durumu eklendi.
