Toplam tapu harc\u0131 geliri ise 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 41 milyar 555 milyon seviyesinde iken, hedeflenen 54 milyar 762 milyon seviyesini a\u015farak 60 milyar 59 milyon seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu a\u00e7\u0131ndan tapuda sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ferken, har\u00e7 gelirleri y\u00fckseldi\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201c2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda tapu masraflar\u0131 artacak\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in yeniden de\u011ferleme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 58,46 olarak tespit edildi\u011fini ifade eden \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, \u201cD\u00f6ner sermaye \u00fccreti hesab\u0131nda esas al\u0131nan ve her y\u0131l yeniden de\u011ferleme oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lan g\u00f6sterge yeni y\u0131l itibar\u0131 ile 519 TL\u2019den 822 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. Bu bedel sat\u0131\u015ftan, ipote\u011fe t\u00fcm Tapu ve Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce sunulan hizmeti etkiliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130stanbul\u2019da sadece bir sat\u0131\u015f i\u015fleminden al\u0131nan d\u00f6ner sermaye \u00fccreti 1297,5 TL den 2 bin 55-TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde d\u00f6ner sermaye hizmet bedeli tahsil edilip, herhangi bir nedenle sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lamayan i\u015flemlerle ilgili olarak, 31.01.2024 tarihine kadar m\u00fcracaat edilmesi halinde d\u00f6ner sermaye hizmet bedeli fark\u0131 tahsil edilmeden i\u015flemler sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lacak. Ayr\u0131ca 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda emlak vergileri de y\u00fczde 29,23 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak hesaplanacak. Bu iki de\u011fi\u015fim nedeniyle tapu i\u015flemlerinin masraflar\u0131 da artm\u0131\u015f oldu\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201cBaz\u0131 i\u015flemlerde iki, baz\u0131 i\u015flemlerde d\u00f6rt kat al\u0131n\u0131yor\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Tapu i\u015fleminin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 il ve il\u00e7elerin y\u00f6resel katsay\u0131lar\u0131n farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve bu nedenle d\u00f6ner sermaye bedellerinin i\u015flem t\u00fcrlerine ve illere g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ifade eden \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, \u201c\u00d6rne\u011fin, bir adet ta\u015f\u0131nmazda sat\u0131\u015f ve ipotek tesisinin tek bir talepte yap\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde; iki adet i\u015flem \u00fccreti, d\u00f6ner sermaye \u00fccreti olarak tahsil ediliyor. Yetki alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tapu i\u015flemlerinde ise; yetki verilen tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00f6resel katsay\u0131s\u0131 esas al\u0131narak hesaplanan i\u015flem \u00fccretinin iki kat\u0131, d\u00f6ner sermaye \u00fccreti olarak tahsil ediliyor.
