Gemlik K\u00f6rfezinde art arda meydana gelen iki depremin Kuzey Anadolu Fay Hatt\u0131 \u00fczeri oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in beklenen \u0130stanbul depremi i\u00e7in haberci deprem niteli\u011finde olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Dr. Hafez Keypour, \u201cBu fay hatt\u0131 \u00fczerinde 100 y\u0131lda 1 b\u00fcy\u00fck depremler oluyor. 1894\u2019ten sonra bekledi\u011fimiz 100 y\u0131ll\u0131k zaman\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131k” dedi.

\n\u00d6\u011fle saatlerinde meydana gelen Gemlik K\u00f6rfezindeki 5.1 ve 4.5\u2019lik deprem sonras\u0131 herkes \u2018beklenen \u0130stanbul depremini tetikler mi\u2019 sorusu \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131. Ayn\u0131 hat \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in haberci niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u0130stanbul Ayd\u0131n \u00dcniversitesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Dr. Hafez Keypour \u00f6nemli a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/span>
\nDr. Hafez Keypour, “Kuzey Anadolu Fay Hatt\u0131nda 1938\u2019den beri depremler olmu\u015ftur. Bu depremler s\u0131ras\u0131yla binlerce kilometre yol kat etmi\u015f ve Marmara\u2019ya, \u0130stanbul\u2019a kadar gelmi\u015ftir. 1999\u2019daki depremi en \u015fiddetlisi olarak s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc depremler de asl\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte fakat kendi art\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bunu kendine m\u00fcstakil bir deprem olarak kabul edebiliriz. Deprem dedi\u011fimiz zaten enerji bo\u015falmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kuzey Anadolu Fay Hatt\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 eskiden beri b\u00f6lgedeki \u015fehirler depreme maruz kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, kalacakt\u0131r da. 1894’te en son gelen b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130stanbul depremi idi. Yani 129 y\u0131l \u00f6nce. Ondan \u00f6nce de 1766’da deprem olmu\u015ftu. Yani ortalama 250 senede 1 defa olmu\u015f h\u00e2lbuki 1509’dan bug\u00fcne kadar yani 100 y\u0131l \u00f6nceye kadar 6-7 tane b\u00fcy\u00fck (7-7,5 aras\u0131 ) deprem olmu\u015ftur. Bu ortalama 80-90 y\u0131l boyunca b\u00fcy\u00fck bir depreme maruz kal\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nGemlik\u2019teki depremlerinde yan\u0131 hatta oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in tetikleyebilece\u011fini aktaran Dr. Hafez Keypour s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span>
\n\u201cAyn\u0131 fay hatt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de bug\u00fcnk\u00fc depreme haberci deprem diyebiliriz. Fakat Kuzey Anadolu fay hatt\u0131nda da de\u011fi\u015fik faylar var. T\u00fcrkiye Avrupa\u2019ya do\u011fru senede birka\u00e7 santim hareket ediyor. Bu da faylar\u0131n birle\u015fimde gerilmeye neden oluyor. Tabi bu stresler de faylar\u0131 tetikliyor. Yani hepsi birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc deprem de Kuzey Anadolu Fay Hatt\u0131 etraf\u0131nda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in etkileyece\u011fini kabul edebiliriz fakat \u00fczerinde daha detayl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak gerekiyor. En son b\u00fcy\u00fck deprem 129 sene \u00f6nce olmu\u015f. Son 250 seneden bu yana 1 deprem olmu\u015ftur. H\u00e2lbuki 500 y\u0131lda 6 deprem olmu\u015ftur. Yani ortalama 100 senede 1 diyebiliriz. Onun i\u00e7in enerji bo\u015falmas\u0131 ne kadar ge\u00e7 olursa o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck olur.
