font-size: 14px;\">De\u011fi\u015fiklikle, \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin \u00c7KS&#8217;ye kay\u0131t olmas\u0131, kontrollerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sistemin g\u00fcncellenmesine ili\u015fkin esaslar d\u00fczenlendi.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00c7KS&#8217;ye kay\u0131tlar yap\u0131l\u0131rken; hisseye isabet eden alanlar\u0131n b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek kiraya verilmesi durumunda, &#8216;Toprak Koruma ve Arazi Kullan\u0131m Kanunu&#8217; h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinde yer alan asgari tar\u0131msal b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck \u015fart\u0131 Hazineden kiralanan alanlarda aranmayacak.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
