Ke\u015fif ve bilirki\u015fi incelemesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken hallerde, dosyan\u0131n tekemm\u00fcl\u00fcnden itibaren 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ke\u015fif yap\u0131lacak. D\u00fczenlemenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihten \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan davalar hakk\u0131nda da bu madde h\u00fck\u00fcmleri bulundu\u011fu a\u015famadan itibaren uygulanacak.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Afet Riski Alt\u0131ndaki Alanlar\u0131n D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi Hakk\u0131nda Kanun&#8217;daki &#8220;rezerv yap\u0131 alan\u0131&#8221; tan\u0131m\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidiliyor. Rezerv yap\u0131 alan\u0131 tan\u0131m\u0131nda yer alan &#8220;yeni yerle\u015fim alan\u0131 olarak&#8221; ibaresi metninden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Riskli yap\u0131 tespiti Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya idarece resen yap\u0131labilecek.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u0130stanbul&#8217;da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ba\u015flat\u0131lan &#8220;yar\u0131s\u0131 bizden&#8221; kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in hak sahiplerine yap\u0131m i\u00e7in mali yard\u0131m yap\u0131labilmesine y\u00f6nelik kanunda d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
