Tezkerede yer alan &#8216;yabanc\u0131 silahl\u0131 kuvvetlerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bulunmas\u0131&#8217; ifadesi, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan DEA\u015e\u2019la M\u00fccadele Uluslararas\u0131 Koalisyonu kapsam\u0131ndaki ortak faaliyetlerle ilgilidir.
