Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Hizmetler Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne sa\u011flanan ve D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen kredi, Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na tahsisli olarak kulland\u0131r\u0131lacak.
