Buna g\u00f6re, kurumun MCKS&#8217;de kay\u0131tl\u0131 iken son sinyalin \u00fczerinden kesintisiz bir y\u0131l elektronik haberle\u015fme \u015febekelerinden hizmet almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen cihaz\u0131n haberle\u015fme ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 24 saat i\u00e7inde kesilecek ve cihazlara ili\u015fkin kimlik bilgileri &#8220;siyah liste&#8221;ye al\u0131nacak. 112 ara\u00e7 i\u00e7i acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 sisteminde (e-Call) kullan\u0131lan elektronik kimlik bilgisine haiz cihazlar ise teknik imkanlar dahilinde tespit edilebilmeleri halinde bu kapsamda de\u011ferlendirilmeyecek. Kimlik bilgisi siyah listeye al\u0131nan cihaz\u0131n bir abone numaras\u0131yla tekrar kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde cihaz kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n elektronik haberle\u015fme hizmetlerinden faydalanma talebi, ilgili abone numaras\u0131 bilgisiyle birlikte i\u015fletmeci taraf\u0131ndan derhal kuruma bildirilecek. Kuruma yap\u0131lan bildirim sonras\u0131nda cihaz\u0131n son kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan birine ait abone numaras\u0131yla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin kurum taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan kontrol\u00fcn olumlu sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 halinde cihaza ait IMEI numaras\u0131 tekrar kay\u0131tl\u0131 hale getirilerek e\u015fle\u015ftirilmi\u015f beyaz listeye al\u0131nacak. Ba\u015fvuru, cihaz\u0131n son kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan e-Devlet kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden yap\u0131labilecek.
