Uzun zamand\u0131r g\u00fcndemde olan g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k evler i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi beklenen yeni yasa d\u00fczenlemesinin detaylar\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. D\u00fczenlemenin detaylar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren Gayrimenkul Uzman\u0131 \u015eule Duman, kiralama yapacak ki\u015filere ruhsat zorunlulu\u011fu getirilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan \u2018turizm konutu\u2019 ruhsat\u0131 almayan ve yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklere uymadan evlerini kiraya verenlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon lira ceza alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Duman, ruhsats\u0131z evleri kiralayanlar\u0131n da para cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201cKom\u015fudan bile izin al\u0131nacak\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">TBMM taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00fcre\u00e7te Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131 beklenen yeni d\u00fczenleme hakk\u0131ndaki detaylardan bahseden Duman, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralama hizmeti verenlerin de bir\u00e7ok d\u00fczenleme yapmas\u0131 gerekece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. \u00d6ncelikle K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan ge\u00e7erli belgelerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Duman, \u201cSon y\u0131llarda olduk\u00e7a artan g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralama hizmeti i\u00e7in TBMM\u2019nin bir yasa d\u00fczenlemesi getirmesi bekleniyordu. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde ba\u015flayan yasama y\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neticesinde g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k evler i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan yeni d\u00fczenlemenin detaylar\u0131 belli oldu. D\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralama hizmeti verenlerin \u00f6ncelikle K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan \u2018Turizm Konutu\u2019 ruhsat\u0131 almas\u0131 gerekecek ve konutun d\u0131\u015f\u0131na asmas\u0131 istenecek. Bu zorunlulu\u011fu yerine getirmeyenlerin evlerini kiraya veremeyece\u011fi gibi tek sorumluluklar\u0131 da bu olmayacak. Mesela g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralama hizmeti vermek isteyenler art\u0131k kom\u015fular\u0131ndan bile izin almak durumunda olacak. D\u00fczenleme detaylar\u0131nda, hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n her bir kom\u015fudan muvafakatname almas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, apartman sakinlerinden bir ki\u015fi bile itiraz ederse kiralama i\u015flemi yap\u0131lmayacak. Yasal zorunluluklara uymayan ki\u015filer ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon liraya yak\u0131n para cezas\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacak\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201cOtel konforunda olacak\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Yeni d\u00fczenleme ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n daha d\u00fczg\u00fcn \u015fartlarda hizmet alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren \u015eule Duman, ruhsats\u0131z ev kiralayanlar\u0131n da para cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Kiralama hizmeti verenlere hangi yasal zorunluluklar oldu\u011fu hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren Duman, \u201cRuhsat almak isteyen ki\u015filerin kom\u015fular\u0131ndan muvafakatname almas\u0131yla yapmas\u0131 gerekenler bitmeyecek gibi g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. \u00d6ncelikle g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiraya verilecek olan evlerde bulunmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6zellikler olacak. D\u00fczenlemenin detaylar\u0131na g\u00f6re mesela s\u00f6z konusu evlerde yang\u0131n merdiveni, yang\u0131n raporu belgesi, at\u0131k kontrol belgesi zorunlu tutulacak. Ayr\u0131ca ev i\u00e7erisinde, otellerde bulunmas\u0131 zorunlu olan sa\u00e7 kurutma makinesi, \u015fampuan, nevresim ve havlu gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin de bulunmas\u0131 istenecek. Bir nevi bu evler otel konforunda olacak diyebilirim. Bunlara ek olarak kimlik bilgilerinin t\u0131pk\u0131 otellerde zorunlu oldu\u011fu bu evlerde de kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekecek.
