A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen duru\u015fmada m\u00fc\u015ftekiler ile avukatlar\u0131 haz\u0131r bulundu. Duru\u015fmay\u0131 baz\u0131 CHP\u2019li ve HDP\u2019li milletvekilleri de takip etti. Mahkeme ba\u015fkan\u0131, dava dosyas\u0131na gelen evrak\u0131 okumas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kat\u0131lanlara s\u00f6z verdi. M\u00fc\u015ftekiler san\u0131klar\u0131n insanl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 su\u00e7 i\u015flediklerini belirtirken, su\u00e7un zaman a\u015f\u0131m\u0131na u\u011framayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. M\u00fc\u015fteki avukatlar\u0131 da dosyan\u0131n &#8220;insanl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenen su\u00e7&#8221; olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve dosyan\u0131n zaman a\u015f\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle d\u00fc\u015fme ihtimalinin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Mahkemenin firari san\u0131klar\u0131n iadesini talep ederken yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 talepnamede zaman a\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcresine at\u0131f yapmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceden g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k etmek anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini savunan avukatlar, firari san\u0131klar hakk\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcltenin tekrarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.
