Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Dairesi ile Afet \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 kuran, akademik \u00e7evrelerle olu\u015fturulan Deprem Kurulu ile Afet Eylem Plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlayan, buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 14 maddelik Afet Eylem Plan\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in uzman isimlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturan b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fini g\u00fcndeminin ilk s\u0131ras\u0131nda tutuyor. Son olarak Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ve \u0130MO Kocaeli \u015eubesi ile aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan protokole g\u00f6re, 1999 G\u00f6lc\u00fck depremini ge\u00e7iren ve Sismik Tehlike B\u00f6lgeleri Haritas\u0131nda 1. Derece Tehlikeli alanda kalan 250 bin yap\u0131 detayl\u0131 olarak taranacak. Projede ilk 6 ayl\u0131k dilimde 160 bini a\u015fk\u0131n yap\u0131 stokunun taramas\u0131 tamamlanacak. Yap\u0131lacak ikinci protokolle de sonraki 3 ay i\u00e7inde 90 bin yap\u0131n\u0131n daha incelenmesi hedefleniyor. \u0130ncelenecek yap\u0131 stoku say\u0131s\u0131 250 bin olacak. \u0130mar ve \u015eehircilik Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Zemin Deprem \u0130nceleme \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 314 bin yap\u0131n\u0131n taranmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bina envater \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Yap\u0131m y\u0131l\u0131 2008 ve sonras\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n MAKS\u2019a (Mekansal Adres Kay\u0131t Sistemi\u2019ne) kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131 sebebiyle bu tarihten \u00f6nceki yap\u0131lara ait iskan ve ruhsat belgelerini tarayan b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir ekipleri, bug\u00fcne kadar 159 bin 19 belgeyi say\u0131salla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131.
