Yeni d\u00fczenleme ise 1 Temmuz 2024 tarihine kadar, mevcut i\u015f merkezlerinde, \u00f6zellikle imar de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine u\u011fram\u0131\u015f alanlar, konuta d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilecek. Burada oran y\u00fczde 30\u2019u ya da meclis karar\u0131 ile y\u00fczde 50\u2019yi ge\u00e7emeyecek\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201cKonut bir ihtiya\u00e7, d\u00fczenleme geni\u015fletilmeli\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00d6\u011frencilerin \u00fcniversite tercihlerinin ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile kiral\u0131k konut probleminin daha da derinle\u015fece\u011fini ifade eden \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, \u201cD\u00fczenleme tamam\u0131 mevcutta ticari ve ofis olan binalar\u0131n da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne imkan sa\u011flamal\u0131.
