Okmeydan\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nde birinci etap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Fetihtepe Mahallesinde aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam ederken bir yandan da ikinci etab\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ildi. Okmeydan\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ofisi\u2019nde hak sahipleri projenin t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131yla ilgili \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde bilgilendiriliyor ve uzla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri yap\u0131l\u0131yor.

\nBeyo\u011flu\u2019nun riskli b\u00f6lgelerinden olan Okmeydan\u0131’n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in hayata ge\u00e7irilen Okmeydan\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla devam ediyor. Projenin birinci etab\u0131 olan Fetihtepe Mahallesi 3550 Ada devam eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kaba in\u015faatlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Birinci etab\u0131n\u0131n 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde hak sahiplerine teslim edilmesi planlanan projede ikinci etap i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nS\u00fcrecin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in Fatih sultan Caddesi \u00fczerine Okmeydan\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ofisi a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ofisine gelen hak sahipleri projenin t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131yla ilgili \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde bilgilendiriliyor ve uzla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan\u00a0Beyo\u011flu\u00a0Belediyesi\u2019nin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projede ikinci etap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na, uzla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeden devam edilecek.<\/span><\/p>\n
