AYM, alt\u0131 maddeyi iptal etti. \u0130ptal edilen alt\u0131 madde i\u00e7erisinde \u015funlar yer ald\u0131:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u201cAday \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin Adayl\u0131k De\u011ferlendirme Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirme sonucu mesle\u011fe atanmas\u0131, Aday \u00d6\u011fretmen Yeti\u015ftirme Program\u0131&#8217;na bahanesiz olarak kat\u0131lmayanlar ile bu program sonunda Adayl\u0131k De\u011ferlendirme Komisyonunca yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmede ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olanlar\u0131n atanamayaca\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler yer ald\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin adayl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde yeti\u015ftirilmelerine esas Aday \u00d6\u011fretmen Yeti\u015ftirme Program\u0131 ve Adayl\u0131k De\u011ferlendirme Komisyonunun olu\u015fumu ile aday \u00f6\u011fretmenlik s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin di\u011fer usul ve esaslar\u0131n y\u00f6netmelikle d\u00fczenlenmesi ile \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fi kariyer basamaklar\u0131nda ilerlemeye ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar\u0131n y\u00f6netmelikle d\u00fczenlenmesine ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler de iptal edildi.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Anayasa Mahkemesi ayr\u0131ca, \u201cKanun&#8217;un 6. maddesinin 1 numaral\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n b bendinde yer alan uzman \u00f6\u011fretmenlere y\u00f6nelik &#8220;mesleki geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131nda uzman \u00f6\u011fretmenlik i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen asgari \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f olan&#8221; ifadesi ile ayn\u0131 Kanun&#8217;un 6. maddesinin 2 numaral\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131nda yer alan ba\u015f\u00f6\u011fretmenlere y\u00f6nelik &#8220;ve mesleki geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131nda ba\u015f\u00f6\u011fretmenlik i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlayanlar&#8221; ibaresinin iptaline karar verdi.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Gerek\u00e7eli karar ise ilerleyen g\u00fcnlerde yaz\u0131lacak.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne (AYM), giden \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu&#8217;nun alt\u0131 maddesi, y\u00fcksek mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan iptal edildi.
